What is (and what isn't) DomoBlock?

Domoblock is not an intermediary company, and therefore not a participatory investment intermediary platform (PFP). The projects offered by DomoBlock are exclusively its own, without any intermediation. The opportunities for our investors do not go through any crowdfunding platform that intermediates to the detriment of the investor's profitability.

Nor is it a House Flipping or Fix and Flip company whose objective is speculation without  truly adding short-term value.

DomoBlock's mission is to add value through a "VALUE ADD" strategy, meaning through the transformation and rehabilitation of residual spaces or homes and buildings awaiting renovation or rehabilitation, in highly significant areas, due to the location and symbolism of the neighborhood or property, within major tourist cities.

In addition, Domoblock also seeks a combination of capital gains from property revaluation and recurring cash flows through property rentals, or in other words, through the "CORE PLUS" strategy. The objective here is to enhance the property's ability to generate cash flows  through improvements and by increasing the quality of life for tenants.

DomoBlock not only identifies the future profitability of the property but also bases its strategy on aligning investor interests and trends with the end consumer or future buyer of the property, as Domoblock acts as a developer, adding value through exclusive architectural design, with a unique style, and using electronic access systems and state-of-the-art finishes.

Our proptech transforms the outdated way of investing in the real estate sector, democratizing and enabling investment in a product that until now was only accessible to professional investors with large capital available for investment.

We have created a new, disruptive, and trustworthy experience in the real estate sector through "blockchain" technology and data processing (big data and machine learning) where for each market study we create a proprietary algorithm, providing the sector with a new and transparent “value distribution”, mitigating risks.

We bring real estate closer to the small investor, giving them the opportunity to invest from a completely different perspective, changing the concept of real estate investment, with finished products, offering a differentiating advantage.

DomoBlock is the result of prolonged study and  brainstorming  since 2019, materializing in September 2021.

DomoBlock does not arise from a sporadic idea taking advantage of existing knowledge; instead, Domoblock has created its own knowledge and value without archetypes or copies.

This company is backed by the symbiosis and deep professional knowledge of two disciplines: "new technologies" and "real estate."
