What is (and what is not) DomoBlock?

Domoblock is not an intermediary company and therefore is not a participatory investment intermediary platform (PFP). The projects offered by DomoBlock are exclusively its own, without any intermediation. Opportunities for our investors do not go through any participatory financing platform that acts as an intermediary to the detriment of the investor's profitability.

Nor is it a house flipping or fix and flip company whose goal is speculation without really adding value in the short term.

DomoBlock's mission is to add value through its "VALUE ADD" strategy, i.e., by transforming and renovating residual spaces or homes and buildings awaiting renovation or refurbishment in areas of high significance due to the location and symbolism of the neighborhood or property within large cities of tourist interest.

In addition to this, Domoblock also seeks to combine capital gains from property appreciation with recurring cash flows from property rentals, or in other words, through the "CORE PLUS" strategy. The objective in this case is to enhance the property's ability to generate cash flows through improvements and increase the quality of life of tenants.

DomoBlock not only identifies the future profitability of the property, but also bases its strategy on aligning the interests and trends of the investor with those of the end consumer or future buyer of the property, as Domoblock acts as a developer, adding value through exclusive architectural design, with a unique style and using state-of-the-art electronic access systems and finishes.

Our proptech transforms the outdated way of investing in real estate, democratizing and enabling investment in a product that until now was only available to professional investors with large amounts of capital to invest.

We have created a new disruptive experience of trust in the real estate sector through blockchain technology and data processing (big data and machine learning), where we create our own algorithm for each market study, providing the sector with a new and transparent "value distribution" and mitigating risks.

DomoBlock is the result of extensive research and brainstorming since 2019, coming to fruition in September 2021.
