history

Domoblock was born out of its founders’ personal experience in facing the high barriers to entry in real estate investment: large capital requirements, difficulty finding investment opportunities, long timelines, and complex management.

Furthermore, one of the biggest challenges was the feeling of going it alone on this journey. That’s why Domoblock not only makes it easy to invest in real estate projects in an accessible, transparent, and profitable way, but also connects you with a community of investors who share your financial goals and objectives.

Currently, the investment model we offer is not classified as a negotiable security nor is it subject to the Securities Market Law; therefore, the financial supervision regime provided for in said regulations does not apply. Since these are products not supervised or controlled by the CNMV, we recommend that investors thoroughly inform themselves about the nature, characteristics, and risks associated with the investment before making any decision.

DOMOBLOCK does not act as an intermediary between the Project Promoter and the Investor. There is no legal relationship between the Investor and the Project Developer. DOMOBLOCK raises funding from investors by entering into a direct obligation with each of them and subsequently assumes a new legal obligation with the Project Developer.
