What is real estate tokenization?
Tokenization is here to stay and represents a new opportunity to invest in a sector with high barriers to entry.
Simply put, tokenization can be seen as the division of a physical asset into small digital parts (shares or tokens), which represent the underlying asset being tokenized.

Select an opportunity and acquire a stake in your favorite project. You can diversify across multiple projects and invest using € or blockchain.
Receive interest and reinvest
When the property sells, you will receive your initial investment plus a capital gain. You can also reinvest the capital and multiply your money over the months.
