A comprehensive transformation project for a building located in Barrio Alto – Altamira (Almería), a consolidated residential area near the city center with growing housing demand.

The operation involves the change of use and complete renovation of a property to develop 14 one-bedroom apartments, a type with high acceptance and strong commercial liquidity.

The project is being developed in collaboration with PropHero, which has formalized an earnest money contract for the acquisition of the resulting units once the operation is completed, providing visibility on the exit strategy and reducing commercial risk.

Estimated duration: 11 months and a target annualized IRR of 14.04%.
