El local en planta baja del edificio, situado en la Avenida de les Corts Valencianes 8, 46800 Xàtiva (Valencia), se someterá a un cambio de uso y a una reforma integral que lo revalorizará y lo transformará en un total de 29 apartamentos modernos y sofisticados, perfectamente adaptados a las necesidades de vivienda contemporánea.
Los trabajos abarcarán la adecuación integral del local, con especial atención a las impermeabilizaciones, aislamientos y a la adaptación de las instalaciones a los nuevos trazados necesarios, convirtiendo así el espacio actual en apartamentos cómodos, cálidos y funcionales, listos para responder a la creciente demanda de vivienda de calidad en esta zona de Xàtiva.
