Proyecto de financiación sobre activo residencial para la adjudicación judicial de un solar urbano en Fuenlabrada (Madrid) en la calle Cruz Roja, Parcela 5.2.11, con una promesa de Opción de Compra con un plazo de ejercicio de 16 meses y una rentabilidad anualizada esperada del 12,32%, ampliable a 22 meses con una rentabilidad anualizada estimada del 16,84%.
Las características del solar son las siguientes:
La operación consiste en financiar la adjudicación de una ejecución hipotecaria a nuestro partner local, sobre la FR 35.887 del Registro de la Propiedad nº2 de Fuenlabrada. Nuestro partner tiene un plazo de 10 días desde la notificación de adjudicación de la misma para el abono de los 93.710 €.
