Residential project, with an estimated duration of six months (renovation and sale) with an annualized target return of 13.5% located in the city of Castellón de la Plana in Spain. A 103m2 apartment on the ninth floor, with elevator, exterior view, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Once remodeled, the apartment will have one en-suite bedroom with a dressing room and private bathroom, as well as two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. It will also have a spacious living-dining room and a kitchen open to the living room, creating a fluid interaction between the two spaces.
