Proyecto residencial de financiación para la compra de crédito existente sobre una vivienda unifamiliar adosada en Arganda del Rey. La operación consiste en la adquisición del crédito hipotecario a un fondo por parte de nuestro partner local, actual titular registral del inmueble tras una dación en pago, lo que permitirá la cancelación de la hipoteca y la posterior venta del activo libre de cargas.
La vivienda se encuentra situada en Calle Perú Nº15 de Arganda del Rey (Madrid).
